The journey has begun…

Today is Tuesday, March 8, and I have been is Pastry School for two days. The only thing that I can say is… it is awesome! The drive is horrendous but the class is the best thing that I have ever done. There are two chefs, Chef Stephane and Chef Franck-they are hillarious and they have the best French accents ever. Not only do we have fun baking all day but we learn French! It is great! My class is full of many really nice individuals from all walks of life and we all have the love of baking in common. The chefs are really encouraging and they are so talented. I could not have asked for a better school.

Tomorrow…we are making Choux pastry or cream puffs. Pictures to come…
